This site sets no cookies of any kind: none of its own and none from third parties, whether technical, analytical or advertising. That is why no banner asks for your permission.
The one thing kept in your browser
If you close the message next to the WhatsApp button, your browser notes that choice in its session storage (sessionStorage, under the key etnaWspDismissed) so the message does not reappear while you browse. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to a server, it does not identify you and it vanishes when you close the tab.
When you leave the site
Links to etnawellness.com and WhatsApp take you to sites with cookies of their own, governed by their own policies. While you are on registroetnawellness.com, none of them places anything on your device.
See for yourself
Any browser will show you what a site stores: open the developer tools and look under Application or Storage. You will find no cookies for this one. Clearing the site's data simply makes the WhatsApp message show up again.
