Privacy policy

In brief

This site has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising. Only two kinds of data are handled: the technical details any web server logs when it delivers a page, and whatever you choose to send if you get in touch by email or WhatsApp.

Technical data from each visit

Like any web server, the one hosting this site records the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser used. These records keep the site running and help to spot abuse or attacks. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, and of the UK GDPR for readers in the United Kingdom). The logs are cleared at regular intervals and are never used to work out who you are.

If you get in touch by email or WhatsApp

Your name, phone number or email address and whatever you tell us are used to reply to you and, should you decide to register, to help you through your first steps. The legal basis is your own decision to write (consent, article 6(1)(a)) and, where you ask for information in order to sign up, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b)). Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then deleted, unless the law requires them to be kept.

Please do not send copies of identity documents or bank details through these channels: they are never needed.

Etna Wellness registration does not go through this site

Whatever you type into the sign-up form (name, date of birth, address, tax code where one is asked for, and so on) goes straight to Etna Wellness on etnawellness.com. This site neither sees nor stores it. How it is handled is set out in the Etna Wellness privacy policy.

Who else is involved

Hostinger International Ltd. provides the server on which the site is hosted and processes the technical data on the owner's behalf.

Cloudflare, Inc. only manages the domain's DNS, with no proxy: visits do not pass through its network.

WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes any messages you send on WhatsApp, and Google Ireland Limited provides the email service for joseetna2026@gmail.com. Each does so under its own terms.

No data is sold or passed on to anyone else.

Data outside Europe

The owner does not send data outside the European Economic Area. Some of the providers listed belong to groups headquartered in the United States; where that involves an international transfer, it is covered by the safeguards the Regulation requires, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its use, or to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent whenever you like. A single email to joseetna2026@gmail.com is enough; if it is unclear who is making the request, you may be asked to confirm your identity. You will get a reply within one month at the most.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority where you live: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie); in Malta, the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt).

Children

The site is meant for adults. If someone under 18 has sent us any data, write to joseetna2026@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

Changes

Should the site ever add analytics, forms or any other new processing, this policy will be updated beforehand and the date at the top will change.
