Registro Etna Wellness

How the Etna Wellness business works

What is worth understanding before you register, or just after: where the income comes from, what the company expects of you and what you are not allowed to do.

Each country's registration guide explains the form and what activation costs. This one explains what comes next, and it is the same in every country: how the company is organised, how your activity is measured in points, what it takes to move up the ranks and which rules the distributors' Code of Ethics lays down.

What Etna Wellness is

Etna Wellness srl is an Italian direct selling company with its administrative headquarters in Belpasso and its operational base in Aci Sant'Antonio, both in the province of Catania, Sicily. Its Code of Ethics is signed by its three founders, Salvatore Bianca, Emilio Giovinazzo and Guido Battistelli, and sums up the company's idea with a motto from its first distributors: “a company created by networkers, for networkers”.

It sells across Europe from a single shop, etnawellness.com. In Spain it operates through ETNA WELLNESS IBERICA, S.L. and in Romania through ETNA WELLNESS RO SRL; in the other countries, the sales terms are those of the Italian parent company.

What it sells

The catalogue is split into four main ranges:

There are also kits and promotional packs, which bundle several products together and are the most common way to place a first order.

Customer or distributor

On etnawellness.com you can register in two ways. As a customer, you buy for yourself and that is it. As a distributor (in Italy, incaricato alle vendite) you get a back office, you can register customers, sponsor other people and earn commissions. Signing up as a distributor costs nothing; staying active is what comes with a requirement.

The points: PC and PR

Every product carries two figures as well as its price. PC are career points: they measure the volume of what you, your customers and your network buy, and they are what counts for activation and for moving up the ranks. PR are royalty points, a second measure of the same volume that the dashboard also adds up. A typical starter kit, for example, is worth 100 PC and between 30 and 50 PR.

Activation is measured in personal PC: the dashboard asks for 100 PCP, the career points from your own purchases. That is why several kits carry exactly 100 PC.

Where the income comes from

There are two sources. The first is your customers: what they buy through you on etnawellness.com generates volume in your favour. The second is your network, meaning the people you sponsor and the people they sponsor, whose volume also counts for you under the compensation plan.

The dashboard shows your estimated earnings, calculated on the 1st of each month. There are two balances: the wallet and the shop wallet. There is also a Fidelity Club.

The ranks

Everyone starts as a Distributor. The next rank the dashboard shows you is Perla (Pearl), and it lists what it requires:

The 60/40 balance stops the rank from depending on a single strong person in your first line. Above it, the Code of Ethics names the ranks Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Ambassador, and applies stricter rules to them: for example, they cannot be registered with another direct selling network without written authorisation from the company.

The sponsor's role

Your sponsor is the person whose code you use when you register, and the Code of Ethics gives them specific duties: helping you with your first order, your choice of first products and your first customer, explaining the back office and the company newsletter, and showing you where to find the official training and the team's training. If your sponsor is new, their duty is to introduce you to someone in their upline who can support you.

Your sponsor cannot be changed. The only exception is a mistake when registering, which must be reported by ticket within 72 hours. What does exist is placement: during the 21 days after you sign up, your sponsor can ask, with your consent, for you to be placed further down within their own network.

What a distributor actually does

The day-to-day work is more about recommending than selling hand to hand, because that is not allowed. Typically it means:

What you are not allowed to do

The Code of Ethics is very specific, and breaking it has consequences: a warning, partial or total blocking of commissions and, in serious cases, suspension of your code. The rules that matter most day to day:

Realistic expectations

It is an independent activity: there is no salary, no set hours and no employment contract. What you earn depends on the customers you have and the network you build, and that depends on the time and consistency you put in. Some people register only to buy through their distributor account and are not looking for income, and that is fine. What is worth avoiding is joining in the belief that income will come by itself.

Frequently asked questions about the business

Is Etna Wellness a scam or a pyramid scheme?

It is a direct selling company with real products bought through its own online shop, and commissions come from the volume of those purchases, not from joining fees: registering as a distributor costs nothing. What is worth being clear about is that most of the work is finding and keeping customers.

Do I have to buy every month?

To be active, the dashboard asks for 100 PCP from personal purchases. Check the distributor contract in the back office to see how often that requirement applies.

Can I work with Etna Wellness from any country?

From the countries listed in the “Country of residence” drop-down on the registration form. Check there that yours is included; anything else about working across borders is a question for the distributor contract.

Can I be with another direct selling company at the same time?

Yes, within limits: you cannot promote the other company at Etna meetings or try to take Etna distributors with you. From the Sapphire rank upwards it is no longer allowed, unless you joined the other company first or you have written authorisation.

Who ships the orders?

Always the company. Distributors do not hold stock or deliver products: they take the order or help the customer place it on etnawellness.com.
